I’m Destiny Larsen, founder of Brass & Batten Design. I’m an Air Force veteran and designer based in West Michigan.

Design has always been at the center of my work. I focus on shaping interiors that feel intentional and livable, whether I am guiding finish selections for a new build or staging a home for the market. I work closely with builders, realtors, and homeowners to create spaces that feel cohesive and considered, not overdone.

Staging is a core part of my business because it taught me how buyers actually experience a home. Through staging resale listings, new builds, and Parade of Homes projects, I refined a process that balances strong design with market awareness. That perspective carries through every project I take on.
